Pink Jeepney vs Filemail
Filemail keeps a file close. Pink Jeepney is trying to let it leave.

The upload is the easy part. Everyone can build an upload. The product is what the file does after that.
Filemail is the Norwegian one that grew up around offices. Tracking, forms, the feeling of a shipping desk.
What Filemail is actually for
If you have to prove a file left and a file arrived, Filemail already speaks that language.
If the file only needed one trip, a home for it is a strange gift.
Free is about 5 GB, a couple of transfers a day, links around a week.
Pro and the business tiers are the point: large ceilings, often quoted around 250 GB, and a paper trail.
Where it gets awkward
The free booth feels like a sample. The personality is corporate on purpose, which is either reassuring or beige, depending on your Tuesday.
The numbers, side by side
| Pink Jeepney | Filemail | |
|---|---|---|
| Free size | 2 GB | 5 GB, few per day |
| Free expiry | 7 days | About 7 days |
| Account to send | No | No |
| Password | Paid plans | Paid |
| The top end | 250 GB on Business | About 250 GB on Pro |
Read the row you care about and ignore the rest. Most people only have one complaint. Size, or time, or the account.
What I would do
I would stay with Filemail if you are an office that wants logs more than you want a short, loud link.
I would use Pink Jeepney when I want a delivery with a checkout: one link, a sentence on the ticket, a zip if I sent a pile, and a burn switch if one download should be the end. Free is 2 GB for 7 days, three times a month. Past that the plans are $9, $24, and $59.
If you will still want the file in their account next year, you wanted a drive. If you wanted it gone after they took it, you wanted a transfer.
