Pink Jeepney vs pCloud Transfer
pCloud Transfer keeps a file close. Pink Jeepney is trying to let it leave.

The upload is the easy part. Everyone can build an upload. The product is what the file does after that.
pCloud Transfer is the side door on a cloud drive. Send a pile of files without making the other person adopt pCloud.
What pCloud Transfer is actually for
It is a polite way to get files out of a drive you already trust.
If the file only needed one trip, a home for it is a strange gift.
About 5 GB, no account on the receiving side. The drive itself is the product pCloud wants you to keep.
Larger sends sit next to paid pCloud storage. Once you are paying, you are paying for a home, not a courier.
Where it gets awkward
The files’ real life is still inside pCloud. A transfer that secretly wants to become storage will.
The numbers, side by side
| Pink Jeepney | pCloud Transfer | |
|---|---|---|
| Free size | 2 GB | About 5 GB |
| Free expiry | 7 days | Short |
| Account to send | No | No, to receive |
| Password | Paid plans | Not the feature |
| The top end | 250 GB on Business | Tied to pCloud storage |
Read the row you care about and ignore the rest. Most people only have one complaint. Size, or time, or the account.
What I would do
I would stay with pCloud Transfer if you already keep the archive in pCloud and this is just the exit.
I would use Pink Jeepney when I want a delivery with a checkout: one link, a sentence on the ticket, a zip if I sent a pile, and a burn switch if one download should be the end. Free is 2 GB for 7 days, three times a month. Past that the plans are $9, $24, and $59.
If you will still want the file in their account next year, you wanted a drive. If you wanted it gone after they took it, you wanted a transfer.
