Pink Jeepney vs Microsoft OneDrive
Microsoft OneDrive keeps a file close. Pink Jeepney is trying to let it leave.

The upload is the easy part. Everyone can build an upload. The product is what the file does after that.
OneDrive is the shelf that comes with the Microsoft account you already have. Sharing is a permission, not a goodbye.
What Microsoft OneDrive is actually for
If the client is a company on Outlook and SharePoint, a OneDrive link is the path of least argument.
If the file only needed one trip, a home for it is a strange gift.
The free allotment is small, on the order of 5 GB, and it shares a life with the rest of your Microsoft clutter.
Microsoft 365 is the real plan: a terabyte and the Office apps. Transfer is not why you bought it.
Where it gets awkward
Permissions rot. People keep access. You meant to send a file and you founded a library.
The numbers, side by side
| Pink Jeepney | Microsoft OneDrive | |
|---|---|---|
| Free size | 2 GB | About 5 GB free |
| Free expiry | 7 days | Until you revoke it |
| Account to send | No | A Microsoft account |
| Password | Paid plans | Link permissions |
| The top end | 250 GB on Business | Microsoft 365 |
Read the row you care about and ignore the rest. Most people only have one complaint. Size, or time, or the account.
What I would do
I would stay with Microsoft OneDrive if you are already inside Microsoft 365 and the file needs to be edited, not delivered.
I would use Pink Jeepney when I want a delivery with a checkout: one link, a sentence on the ticket, a zip if I sent a pile, and a burn switch if one download should be the end. Free is 2 GB for 7 days, three times a month. Past that the plans are $9, $24, and $59.
If you will still want the file in their account next year, you wanted a drive. If you wanted it gone after they took it, you wanted a transfer.
